The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua said he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters met personally to publicize next month's bout.
Ex twice world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - typically known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, took aim at UK rival Tyson Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter is still one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old anticipated a stoppage in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently under discussion for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how improbable this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
